Prime Freehold Retail Investment Purchased in Torquay for £2,950,000

On behalf of private clients and in conjunction with London & Lothian, Red Kite has successfully agreed the purchase of the BHS unit in Union Street, Torquay, for £2,950,000 with a four-year lease remaining and a rent passing of £395,000 per annum. This represents a purchase yield of 12.5% NIY.


Asset management of the property will start through negotiation with BHS.
