Red Kite on behalf of Brunswick Developments, represented by Savills, has let the last remaining restaurant space at Marina Boardwalk in Brighton to Sukiru. The scheme forms part of the new mixed-use West Quay development at Brighton Marina, which was completed this summer.
As the sister restaurant of an established purveyor of Japanese fine dining in London’s Chelsea, Sukiru will specialise in contemporary Japanese cuisine. It has agreed a new 15-year lease for the 2,996 sq ft (278 sq m) restaurant. The deal follows recent lettings at West Quay to Five Guys, MOD Pizza, TGI Friday’s, Casa Brasil, Bella Italia and Las Iguanas. For a preview to what Sukiru aims to offer, please check out the webpage for Kiru, the Chelsea parent restaurant.
